Caroline SMALL

My name is Caroline PETIT, I am 36 years old and I have a CAP
Early childhood and a State Diploma of Childcare Auxiliary.
I'm married, and I have a 10-year-old boy.
I am a baby massage instructor and babywearing consultant.
I am trained in sign language.

I worked for 5 years in
crèche and subsequently my desire to devote myself to the well-being of
the child was obvious. I trained in different practices,
which allowed me to acquire more skills.
Today, I want my micro-nursery to reflect all my expectations,
so that I can practice my skills and share them.

Elodie ROSENTHAL

My name is Elodie ROSENTHAL, I hold the DEAP
(State Diploma of Childcare Auxiliary) since 2010 and
mother of two pretty little girls aged 9 and 4.
I worked for 10 years in an EAJE in the 7th to
Marseille, with a capacity of 65 children. During these
years I have perfected myself in my profession and practiced
several missions in close collaboration with the management and the
EJE of the establishment. In particular, I established and implemented
educational projects and also replaced my acting director.
I am trained in the prevention of mild violence,
the development of space for the well-being of children and
secure on the psycho-affective level, support for parenthood,
gestures and first aid.
The opening of this
micro crèche allows me to put my
skills in the service of children and their families, and
transmit my values in this way.
